Feedback and complaints
Complaints procedure
We want to hear when something has gone wrong. Raising a complaint will not affect the care or support you receive. Anyone can complain, including people we support, families, advocates and professionals, or someone on your behalf.

How to make a complaint
You can complain in the way that suits you:
- By telephone on 0333 301 0025
- By email to info@involvementsupport.co.uk
- Through our online feedback and complaints form
- By speaking to the staff member or manager responsible for the service
Tell us what happened, when, who was involved and what you would like us to do. If you need help putting your complaint into words, we can support you or help you find an advocate.
Or use our online form
What happens next
We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and tell you who is looking into it.
We will investigate fairly and keep you updated. We aim to give you a full written response within 28 days. If it will take longer, we will explain why and agree a new date with you.
Our response will explain what we found, any action we are taking and what to do if you are not satisfied.
If you are not satisfied
Tell us if you are unhappy with our response and a senior manager will review your complaint.
If you are still unhappy, you can contact the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman, which looks at complaints about adult social care, including care you pay for yourself.
Telling the regulator
You can share your experience with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). CQC does not investigate individual complaints, but uses feedback to help decide when to inspect. You can also view our CQC profile.
Safeguarding concerns
If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
A safeguarding concern is different from a complaint. Read our safeguarding and concerns page to find out how to report it.
