Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. These guidelines explain how to make websites easier to use for people with disabilities.
We believe the website largely meets this standard. We test with keyboard navigation, screen readers and zoom, and we fix issues as we find them.
What we have done
- Clear, readable text with strong colour contrast
- Light and dark mode, using your device setting by default
- Large buttons and links, at least 44 pixels high, that are easy to tap
- Keyboard navigation with a visible focus outline and a skip to main content link
- Descriptive alternative text for images
- Headings and landmarks that help screen reader users navigate
- Labelled form fields with clear error messages
- Reduced movement for people who turn on reduce motion
- Pages that resize and reflow on any screen, up to 400% zoom
Known limitations
Some third-party content, such as embedded forms, may not fully meet the standard. If you have difficulty with a form, please call or email us instead and we will take your details.
